History of the Villas
We are Nikos and Litsa, a Greek couple passionate about travelling. We have visited loads of towns and villages in Greece and, during one of our trips, we fell in love with Corfu. The magical beaches and the serene traditional villages seduced us from the beginning and, when we visited Pirgi village, we knew it was love at first sight. This is where we decided to build our villas and enjoy our time with our family and guests.
Our three villas are located in Pirgi, on the east part of Corfu, and offer a magnificent view of the blue Ionian Sea. They are named after our three grand-children, whom we adore, — Clara, Lucas and Thea — thus they hold an exceptional place in our heart.
The villas provide all comforts anyone would ask for when going on a relaxing yet exciting trip. Large balconies and wide terraces complete the scenery offering panoramic and breathtaking views to their visitors.
The location in Pirgi, between two of the most popular tourists destinations, Ipsos and Barbati, provides direct access to beautiful beaches as well as busy villages. Only 1km from the villas, the magical beach of Ipsos awaits anyone desiring to swim in its crystal waters, whereas Corfu town is only at a distance of 17km. There is a bus as well, 5 minutes away from the port, to drive you to Pirgi, in case you don’t use a private vehicle.
Features of the Villas
Stylish and elegant, Villa Clara, Villa Lucas and Villa Thea are located in a quiet and peaceful area, creating the perfect setting for your dream vacation. The villas are surrounded by lush vegetation, offering a close-to-nature serenity and a magnificent view to the Ionian Sea. The contemporary decoration and state-of-the-art equipment they feature prove that style and comfort can be combined to create the scenery of memorable moments.
All villas are built on two floors, separating the common areas from bedrooms. On the first floor, a large modern living room can host with comfort your need to relax and enjoy some quality time indoors with your friends and family, whereas a fully equipped and elegant kitchen awaits you to express your cooking creativity, experiment perhaps and surely have fun.
Villa Clara features two large double bedrooms, whereas Villa Lucas and Villa Thea feature three. All bedrooms consist of a large double bed, a wardrobe, and satellite TV. Prepare yourselves to wake up and smell the sea, as a large balcony with a magical view to the vast blue waters accompanies every bedroom, completing the serenity of the place. An elegant bathroom with a shower lies also on the second floor.
On the outside, a large terrace with an outdoor dining area and an elegant swimming pool will captivate you from the beginning. If swimming and admiring the beauty of nature calms you down, then our villas have the perfect pool for you, built literally on the edge of the hill, with the magnificent view lying on your feet.

If you are more like a winter traveler, you’ll find yourself the perfect sanctuary with all the comforts someone could ask for and at the same time feeling reconnected with nature and totally astonished with the views of the raging sea. Give yourself the luxury of relaxing in a heavenly environment while the fire is burning in the fireplace and you’ll be enjoying wonderful sounds and views that offer an idyllic setting of total coziness and indulgence.

What is more, from Villa Thalia stunning beaches and wonderful caves are within close reach to be explored, like Angelokastro, Agia Triada etc! You also have the chance to easily organize memorable day trips to exotic and unknown beaches which you can visit only by boat. The boat trips can be arranged in various bays at Paleokastritsa area and these magnificent beaches are far enough to feel away from the crowds but still close enough to the comfort of your home. Otherwise if you prefer the convenience of an organized beach, you have numerous choices within a short walk to various coasts, where you can rent umbrellas and chairs. The distance from the Corfu Town, where the port and the airport are located as well, is about 25 kilometers.
