Area
The villa is located in Pyrgi area which is above Ipsos in the East side of Corfu and 15 km away from Corfu town. The house is by the main road from Corfu to Kassiopi and 100-150 meters in straight line from the sea (3-4 minutes by car to reach Ipsos beach). On the main road close to the house there are mini- markets etc. and in Ipsos there are super-markets, a pharmacy, medical centre and of course many shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Apart from Ipsos, very close are the beaches of Barbati, Nissaki, Kouloura, Kalami and Dassia and many other nice villages.
Property
The house has two floors. The upper floor has one bedroom (double bed), one bathroom, a kitchen full equipped, a big sitting room with built sofas and a dining room.The ground floor has two bedrooms (double bed, twin beds), one bathroom and a big sitting area with a small kitchen and built sofas.
It has large verandas on both levels with amazing view which is outspread from Corfu town and the enchanting Old Fortress, the New Fortress, New port, Marina of Corfu and all Center East coast and reaches Ypsos village and the blue Ionian sea.
The house has all the facilities you need ,wireless internet connection, TV and small satellite plate,a\c , washing machine, dish washer,filter coffee machine, espresso machine, baby games, etc.). There are also two camp beds which can join every room and also a baby cot and baby chair.
